Here's a little story about Johnny two pints
Just 32 ounces and he's done for the night
Johnny two pints, such a laughable sod
He can always be found walking 'round in a fog

You know Johnny two pints he's a hell of a guy
Quick with a handshake and to flash you a smile
He'll cling to a bar stool and tell you a joke
Or toast to your health and slur as he spoke

One pint for Ireland and one pint for me
Two pints is all it takes to be drunk as can be
He's Johnny two pints but what's in a name
It don't take him much to put drinking to shame

When Johnny's on the lash he starts to feel lonely
He thinks to himself I could use me some company
So he picks out a lass and confess he is smitten
Unable to focus as the drink blurs his vision

Johnny two pints has a way with the ladies
He hits on millennials with cheap lines from the '80s
If you party with me last I'd be so delighted
Cuz there's a party in me kilt and you are invited

Now when Johnny gets drunk sure you know it means trouble
Any more than 2 pints and he starts seeing double
When it comes down to fighting sure there aint no riddle
When he feels outnumbered he aims for the middle

One night at the pub Johnny called out for more
Instead of two pints he'd have three or four
Washed his face in the shitter and pissed in the sink
It's quite plain to see Johnny can't hold his drink
